Post your task, set a fair budget, and Taskers in your area will be able to see it and accept it. You can chat with the Tasker directly in the app and pay safely once the job is done.

How does Task work?

Simply post a task with the details and your budget. Local Taskers can claim the job, and once it's complete, you pay through the app. If you’re looking to work, just create an account, connect your bank, and start picking up tasks.

Can I choose who does my task?

Yes! Once you post a task, available Taskers are notified and can apply to claim it. You’ll receive multiple applicants and can review their profiles, ratings, and experience before approving the one you prefer.

What kinds of tasks can I post?

You can post anything from home cleaning, furniture assembly, delivery, moving help, yard work, to tech setup—basically, if it's legal and local, it's likely allowed!

Can I cancel a task after posting it?

Yes, you can cancel a task before it's accepted at no cost. If a worker has already been confirmed, cancellation fees may apply depending on timing.

How much does it cost?

You set your own budget when posting a task. There are no hidden fees—what you offer is what the Tasker receives (minus $1 service fee from Task).

Is it safe to use Task?

Yes. All users must connect a valid bank account in order to use the platform. This helps ensure legitimacy and keep transactions secure.

Is payment handled through the app?

Yes. All payments are cashless and securely processed through Task using Stripe, a trusted global payment provider.

Do I need to go through a background check?

No background check is required at this time. However, every Tasker must connect a valid bank account to activate their profile and receive payments. This adds a layer of security by helping ensure users are real individuals with verified financial accounts.

How do I become a Tasker?

Sign up on the app or website, fill out your profile, and connect your bank account. Once your account is active, you can start claiming available tasks in your area.
