How do I hire someone on Task!?

Post the task you need and set your budget. Review available Taskers, choose who you’d like to hire, and connect with them directly in the app to get started.

Please note: Taskers are independent individuals and are not employees of Task!. Task! simply provides the platform to connect people who need help with those offering services.

How does Task! work?

Task! connects people who need help (Requesters) with local individuals ready to assist (Taskers). Requesters post a task by describing what they need and setting a price they feel is fair. Taskers browse nearby tasks and choose the ones they want to help with. Once the task is completed and approved, payment is released securely to the Tasker. After each task, both Requesters and Taskers can leave reviews to help build trust and confidence within the community.

Can I choose who does my task?

Yes! Once you post a task, local Taskers are notified and can apply to it. You’ll receive multiple applicants and can review their profiles, ratings, and experience before approving the one you prefer.

What kinds of tasks can I post?

On Task!, you can post any task that’s legal and local—big or small! From home cleaning and furniture assembly to moving help, deliveries, or yard work, it’s all about connecting with your neighbors and helping each other out. If it’s something someone nearby can do, it’s likely allowed.

Can I edit a task after posting it?

You can only edit the time of a task after posting. If other changes are needed, you can either post a new task and let the original expire or cancel the original task before you accept a Tasker.

How much does it cost?

You choose your budget when posting a task. There are no hidden fees. Task! charges a flat $2 service fee per transaction, and standard Stripe processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 apply. The rest goes directly to the Tasker.

Is it safe to use Task!?

Yes! Safety is a top priority on Task!. All Requesters and Taskers link a valid bank account, and we use Stripe ID verification to confirm identities when needed. Payments are secure, and both Requesters and Taskers can leave reviews and comments after every task, helping build trust and confidence in the community.

Is payment handled through the app?

Yes. All payments are cashless and securely processed through Task! using Stripe, a trusted global payment provider.

Do I need to verify my identity to use Task!?

Task! utilizes Stripe Identity verification for security and trust purposes. In certain situations — including, but not limited to reports, suspicious activity, or unclear account information — Task! may request additional identity verification through Stripe. These checks are handled entirely by Stripe. Task! does not store identity documents.

How do I become a Tasker?

Becoming a Tasker is simple. Download the Task! app, create your profile, and verify your identity with a valid bank account. You can start browsing local tasks, choose the ones you want to complete, and earn money directly through the app.

What if there’s a problem Task!?

If anything goes wrong, you can contact Task Support at info@taskapp.pro. We’re here to help resolve issues fairly for both customers and Taskers.

What is Task!?

Task is a platform that connects people who need help with everyday jobs - like moving, cleaning, delivery, and more -with local individuals ready to complete those tasks. You can hire help or find work directly through the app

Cancellations & Refunds

Once a requester accepts a Tasker, the requester may cancel the task for any reason. In this case, a refund will be issued. Please note that standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy applies only after a Tasker has been accepted. Due to the minimal service fee charged by Task!, these processing fees cannot be absorbed.

What happens if a Tasker does not show up or complete the task?

If a Tasker does not show up or fails to complete the task, the Requester may file a report detailing the issue. Our team will review the situation and handle next steps appropriately, including potential compensation when applicable.

When do Taskers get paid?

Taskers are paid through an in-app wallet. Once the requester approves that the task has been completed, the funds are released immediately to the Tasker’s wallet. From there, Taskers can withdraw their earnings to their preferred bank account.

How do I communicate with a Tasker or Requester safely?

After a Requester accepts a Tasker, an in-app chat becomes available to discuss task details and clarify any questions. Once the Requester approves the Tasker’s work, the chat is automatically disabled to prevent further communication between the two parties.

What actions can lead to removal from Task!?

Task! may remove or suspend any user for any reason at our discretion. Reasons include, but are not limited to:


• Posting inappropriate or harmful content
• Violating community safety rules
• Attempting to bypass the payment system
• Harassment, abusive behavior, or threats
• Posting illegal or unsafe tasks
• Repeated low ratings or disputes


Task! reserves full right to remove accounts to protect the community and platform.

What happens if a user is removed?

If your account is removed, you will lose access to the app features and tasks. You may also be prohibited from re-registering without written approval from Task! support.

How can I report inappropriate behavior?

You can report any user behavior that makes you uncomfortable, dangerous, or unfair by using the in-app report button or emailing support at info@taskapp.pro. Detailed reports help us act quickly.

What if I see an unsafe or illegal task posted?

DO NOT accept or engage with it. Report it immediately via the app or to support. Task! reviews reports and removes unsafe content to protect the community.

Can I work with someone I met on Task! outside the app?

No, all work and payments must be processed through Task!. Engaging outside the platform violates terms and may result in removal.

What are my responsibilities as a Tasker?

Taskers should:
• Provide honest and accurate service
• Communicate clearly with the requester
• Use the app for payments and reviews
• Behave professionally and respectfully

This helps maintain trust throughout the community.

Is Task! responsible for injuries or damages?

No. Task! is not an employer and does not provide labor services. Task! is a community-based connection platform that allows users to connect independently. Task! is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or incidents that may occur before, during, or after a task. All users participate at their own discretion and responsibility.

How do I edit my profile or change my password?

You can manage your account settings directly in the Task! app.

To edit your profile, go to Profile > My Profile and tap the edit icon at the top.

To change your password, go to Profile > Change Password.

What happens if no Taskers apply to my task?

Don’t worry. All posted tasks are automatically removed from the platform after your desired time or 24 hours if no Tasker accepts them. You are free to post the task again at any time

How do I delete my Task! account?

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so in the app. Go to Profile > Delete Account.

*Please note that this action is permanent and will cancel any active tasks.

How long does it take to resolve a reported issue?

We review every report carefully to ensure a fair outcome. You can expect an initial response and next steps from our support team within 2-3 business days. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to resolve issues for both Requesters and Taskers.

What should I do if the app crashes or I can't log in?

App Crashes: First, try fully closing and restarting the Task! app. This often resolves temporary glitches.

Login Issues: If you can't log in, please use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen to reset your credentials.
